OUR APPROACH
At SM we believe brands are conversations. Our efforts shape these conversations, encouraging customers to form an emotional connection with the brand. How is that done? What does that mean? Simply put, we do our branding in person! We are what you call a bit impatient and demand results for our customers sooner than later.
You see, we believe and specialize in the age old way of marketing. That is the marketing of face-to-face communication, real time, with real people allowing customers to learn and experience the product or service firsthand. We come up with a campaign that is primarily based on live human on/off premises marketing and we promote and sell using the programs and scripts we create. Through these efforts we create awareness and, with that, comes trial, then the adoption and, finally and most importantly, the emotional connection.
The mass communication vehicles such as TV, radio, print and outdoor do work, but it has been proven that it takes as many as six impressions of a person seeing your brand / message to take action. Our approach - although untraditional - generates faster, more measurable results and is a lot sexier.
